I’m a Property Manager with RPM Living, managing a community in Downtown Miami where we have a high demand for bulk trash removal services. Since I Trashouts was introduced to me, I honestly haven’t used another company!

Their prompt, reliable, and efficient service, combined with their amazing pricing, truly makes them one of the best companies out there. They are always responsive and make the entire process easy from start to finish.

A special thank you to Roxana for always providing such amazing service. We’re very happy to have Trashouts as one of our preferred vendors, and I highly recommend them!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! They were able to accommodate my last-minute request without any hassle, which was a huge relief. From scheduling to pickup, the entire process was smooth and professional.

The pickup crew was courteous, efficient, and worked quickly while taking great care of everything. It's refreshing to work with a company that values great customer service and follows through on its promises.

Honest, Reliable, Fast, and Affordable bulk trash service. The office staff and owner are so pleasant to work with. The team that came to work at our condominium were polite and hard working. The Office communication with us every step of the way was impressive. I do recommend Trashouts LLC to businesses and residential places. They prioritize their customers by delivering a speedy and professional work.

Trashouts is the best. They are responsive, getting back to you quickly; their prices are extremely reasonable; and they communicate throughout their service call letting you know when they will arrive. Roxana will set your service schedule; Joe and Jose who came for our furniture were pleasant and highly professional. We will certainly use them again in the future.

I've been working with Trashouts o/o by T3AM for quite some time now covering the Tampa and Central Florida area. They are organized, responsive, and great to work with. Caroline does a great job coordinating the work orders, and the team always communicates clearly about what needs to be done.

One thing I really appreciate is how they take care of their vendors. Materials are paid up front so we’re not coming out of pocket, and payments are handled quickly and consistently. It makes a big difference when you’re working with a company that values the people doing the work.

Looking forward to continuing to work together for years to come.

I only use Trashouts for all my remodeling projects. They are owned and operated by T3AM. Their operation is very organized and professional. Always great to work with a company who respects their clients and vendors and also make communication very easy and clear.

As a faith based company, they work with integrity and stand behind their people. Payments are always handled fairly and promptly. They are one of the best clients I work with, hands down!

I am remodeling my home myself and we were quickly acquiring a lot of trash. I called TRASHOUTS and they were there the next day taking my construction debris and same thing every time I've called. Also, they gave me a better price than 1800GOTJUNK. Awesome service!

I have been working with Roxanna and her crew for several years now. I have to say that there is never an issue or discrepancy with any work. And payment done by me with work. is always on time without no issues. They are the one on point with most accurate information. And higher volume. I do believe having a good relationship with both your vendors and your clients is what makes your business as successful as it is. I want to thank you again for the years of work and service with never any issues. I would always recommend Trashouts .LLC .for prompt work . accurate processing and above all communication . Thank You again. And God Bless. Sincerely Frank Cueto. FJC Field Services

From the start, the entire team at trashout are extremely friendly and attentive to their business. We were promised a return pick-up date since all trash did not fit on the first attempt. He completed what were promised and very punctual at that. Mike was great, he came out with an amazing attitude, was very compliant and accommodating to what our building rules are here at Sunset Harbour. I am highly satisfied with Mike and the service he gave us. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

I called Trashout and got a quote and they were quick to accommodate me. As parents get older, there is always trash to dump. They came the next day and their time was perfect. Brandon was quick to remove the garbage. And he was very courteous and polite. I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them.

This was the best trash removal service we've ever had! With over 60 yards of trash on a commercial jobsite Trashouts was on site within 24 hours of initial contact. Everyone from the driver to the people in the office were very easy to work with. They kept coming until the trash was gone with great communication. The pricing was great as well. Highly recommended.

I would like to share a short testimonial for trash outs company. They came to my church and removed some items that desperately needed to be removed. Excellent customer service from Caroline, Roxanne and Joe. Joe called to tell me what time he would be arriving, and was right on time. If you need some items, removed around your home or business don’t hesitate to call trash outs. They will take care of you exponentially and professionally.

As a property manager for multiple residential hoa's, the service that TRASHOUTS provides is invaluable. At one of the open communities i manage which has 8 communal trash enclosures. Residents and non residents alike, leave large bulk items that cause container issues with Waste Management's regular pickup service. Often presenting issues with pulling out daily trash containers because of the bulk items. TRASHOUTS helps to resolve these issues quickly and professionally. Always providing prompt and fair estimates and service photos of the removed items for clear documentation which the board members and I appreciate. I highly recommend TRASHOUTS to any business owner, property manager or homeowner who needs items discarded without the equipment required for the job.

Wonderful people and they went above and beyond to help me get rid of my trash even making a second trip to do so! I’ve already referred them
To two new customers (I hope) and will be back with them for My next haul! This

I am a property manager for condo associations. I received an email from this company advising me of their bulk trash removal service. I decided to save it for just in case... and a few days later i had an issue with bulk being dumped at one of my communities. The trash companies are really cracking down on dumpster overages and there was too much to put int he dumpster even if we broke it all down. Also, the longer it sits the more trash gets added to the pile. People see it and think they can dump. I emailed Roxana and she responded quickly. I sent a picture of the trash and she gave me a price. She was even willing to invoice us. It went as expected and they even made it a day earlier knowing it was sort of urgent for us. I will be using them again. They made it simple.
